摘　　要：血站质量管理文件体系的构建是血站质量管理工作的基础,直接关系到采供血工作能否安全有序进行。通过对血站质量管理体系文件涉及的应用风险及严重程度进行评估,并进一步明确应采取预防措施,从而提高血站质量管理工作能力,促进采供血工作质与量同步提高,保障血液安全。The construction of the document system of blood station quality management is the foundation of the work of blood station quality management.By assessing the application risks and severity involved in the documents of the quality management system of blood stations,it is further clarified that preventive measures should be taken to improve the quality management ability of blood stations,promote the synchronous improvement of the quality and quantity of blood collection and supply,and ensure the safety of blood.
