摘 要:目的:分析中晚期慢性肾脏病患者矿物质和骨异常(CKD-MBD)与心脏损害间的相关性.方法:选取2015年2月-2017年8月我院收治的慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者150例,分按病情为CKD3期组、CKD4期组以及CKD5期组,分析心脏损害与CKD-MBD的相关性.结果:与CKD3期组相比,CKD5期的血钙水平显著下降,而CKD5期患者的血磷、PTH、N-MID和TPINP水平均显著高于CKD3期组及CKD4期组(P<0.05);E/A与N-MID水平之间呈正相关;且EF与TPNIP呈正相关.结论:中晚期慢性肾脏病患者的血磷、血钙、PTH及骨转化指标是影响心脏功能的相关因素,需引起重视.Objective To analyze the correlation between mineral and bone abnormality(CKD-MBD)and cardiac damage in patients with advanced chronic kidney disease.Methods 150 patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)admitted in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into CKD3 group,CKD4 group and CKD5 group.The patients with CKD-MBD relevance.Results Compared with CKD3 group,the serum levels of CKD5 were significantly decreased,while the levels of serum phosphorus,PTH,N-MID and TPINP in CKD5 patients were significantly higher than those in CKD3 group and CKD4 group(P<0.05);There was a positive correlation between E/A and N-MID level,and there was a positive correlation between EF and TPNIP.Conclusion The changes of serum phosphorus,calcium,PTH and bone transformation in patients with chronic kidney disease are the relevant factors that affect cardiac function.
