脊柱布氏杆菌感染的临床表现及治疗措施探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱布氏杆菌感染临床的特征表现及其治疗措施.方法:将我院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的16例脊柱布氏杆菌感染患者作为研究对象,根据患者的不同临床症状、临床特点、治疗时间及对药物使用反应,采取不同的药物联合抗炎治疗.用药时间为6~11周,平均(7.68±1.35)周.结果:患者中男性12例,女性4例,年龄15~66岁,平均(46.36±2.26)岁.脊柱布氏杆菌感染临床表现主要包括,16例为胸背部疼痛、9例多汗、6例为发热、4例为肌肉痛、5例为乏力、6例为神经损伤症状以及2例为睾丸疼痛.患者的发病部位主要包括,2例为胸椎发病、1例为颈椎发病、1例为骶髂关节发病以及12例为腰椎部位发病.经2.5~75个月的随访,治愈13例,基本治愈3例,但临床腰背部僵硬未完全消失.经几个月的理疗和功能锻炼后,得到缓解.结论:脊柱布氏杆菌感染患者具有不同的临床特征表现,治疗主要为保守药物治疗方式,抗炎药物首选盐酸多西环素与利福平联合治疗.Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and treatment of Brucella infection in the spine.Methods Sixteen patients with Brucella infection in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study The clinical features of Brucella infection in different patients and the treatment Results of different treatments were summarized,induction.Results There were 12 males and 4 females,aged 15?66 years,with an average of(46.36±2.26)years.The clinical manifestations of Brucella infection include 16 cases of chest and back pain,9 cases of hyperhidrosis,6 cases of fevei;4 cases of muscle pain,5 cases of fatigue,6 cases of nerve injury and 2 cases of testicular pain..The main site of the patient included 2 cases of thoracic vertebrae,1 case of cervical vertebrae,1 case of ankle joint and 12 cases of lumbar vertebrae.Condusion Patients with infection of Brucella have different clinical features and different treatment measures.The main treatment options are conservative drug treatment The anti-inflammatory drugs are the first choice of doxycycline hydrochloride plus rifampicin.
