摘　　要：本文测试了翠成D23被动房项目建成使用后经历的第一个冬季最冷月时的暖通数据,并进行了运行调试和数据分析,验证暖通设计和暖通方案的合理性,测试被动式超低能耗建筑的舒适性和真正的节能性,为后续被动房项目的咨询和设计奠定了更加扎实的基础。This paper runs and debugs the HVAC system of the D23 Passive House, tests the comfort index and the energy consumption index, carries on the data analysis to verify the rationality of the HVAC scheme. It provides a solid foundation and confidence for the consultation and design of more passive house projects.
