摘　　要：曾国藩作为晚清中兴四大名臣之一,刚正不阿、清正廉洁,历来为人称道。曾国藩公牍文书多为忧患之作,辞理兼备、畅达明晰,多以自省和勉励他人为主题,从中我们可以窥见其为官为将的主张和治家为人之道。其为官,敬服清官、抨击贪腐、举荐廉才;其为将,以法束僚、鼓励进谏、务实管理;其为人,勤俭持家、淡泊自省、实干为民。曾国藩公文中的廉政思想对当今社会仍有着积极的借鉴意义。As one of the four renowned feudal officials during the prosperity of late Qing Dynasty,Zeng Guofan was upright and straightforward,always cleans and honest,thus praised all along.A major part of official documents by him show a lot of concerns and worries,magnificent both in rhetoric and argument,and fluent and lucid,mostly with themes of self-reflection and encouraging others,in which can be found his positions as an official and as an army general as well as his ideologies in managing his family life and his conduct as a partner of others.As an official,he respects his honest colleagues,launches attacks on corrupt ones,and recommends honest talents;as an army general,he rules with regulations,encourages advice from lower officials,and manages in a realistic manner;as an individual,he manages his family with diligence and frugality,reflecting himself in simple life,and devoted to the interests of common people.The integrity ideologies in such documents provide some positive lessons for contemporary society.
