几种影响“赤颜”草莓组培苗生根因素的研究

摘　　要：为提高草莓生根工作效率,以"赤颜"草莓组培苗为材料,研究了培养基种类、生长素浓度及种类、活性炭浓度、糖源种类及浓度对生根的影响。结果表明:"赤颜"草莓组培苗在基本培养基为1/2 MS培养基,IBA浓度为0.5 mg/L时,试管苗生根率达100%,其根鲜重(75.5 mg)和干重(8.5 mg)均达最大值;且根粗壮,根数达16.8条,根长为2.6 cm。当培养基中活性炭浓度为1.0 g/L和蔗糖浓度为30 g/L时,利于"赤颜"草莓组培苗的生根及生长。因此,"赤颜"草莓试管苗生根的适宜培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+活性炭1.0 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂8 g/L。In order to improve the rooting rate of strawberry, "Chiyan"strawberry tissue culture seedlings as materials, the influences of medium, auxins, activated carbon and sugars on rooting were investigated in this experiment. The results showed that the rooting rate(100%), root fresh weight(75.5 mg) and dry weight(8.5 mg) reached maximum values on 1/2 MS culture medium with 0.5 mg·L-1 IBA, the number of roots for each seedling was 16.8 with the length of 2.6 cm. In addition, 1.0 g·L-1 activated charcoal and 30 g·L-1 sucrose were suitable for rooting and root growth for strawberry. Hence, the 1/2 MS culture medium with 0.5 mg·L-1 IBA, 1.0 g·L-1 activated charcoal, 30 g·L-1 sucrose and 8 g·L-1 agar was the most suitable to "Chiyan" rooting.
