摘 要:主要研究了硫磺负离子饲料添加剂对大鼠的亚慢性毒性。选取清洁级SD大鼠80只,随机分成4组,即对照和低、中、高3个剂量组,分别饲喂普通饲料和含有0.3%、0.9%和2.7%硫磺负离子饲料添加剂的饲料。连续喂养90 d后,对所有大鼠全部剖检,进行脏器系数、血液学和血清生化检查。结果表明:试验期间各组动物的基本情况良好,无厌食、死亡和其它异常行为,通过每周对大鼠体重的记录,发现雌性高剂量组在第28和49天时与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各组与对照组相比,均无显著性差异。试验末期,低剂量组雄性大鼠的肾脏系数与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05),中剂量组雌性大鼠胸腺系数与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各组与对照组相比,均无显著性差异。低、中、高3个剂量组的血液学检查结果与对照组相比,均无显著性差异。试验末期雌雄大鼠各个试验组的血清学检查结果与对照组相比,均无显著性差异。试验结果表明,硫磺负离子饲料添加剂喂养大鼠90 d没有产生毒性,该试验中的最适添加量为0.9%。The subchronic toxicity of sulfur anion feed additive to rats was investigated. Eighty SD rats of clean grade were randomly divided into four groups: control and low, medium and high dose groups, which were fed with normal diet for control group;fed diets containing 0.3%, 0.9% and 2.7% sulfur anion feed additives for the test groups.Rats were fed for 90 days,then all rats were subject to necropsy and organ coefficient, hematology and examined serum biochemistry. The results showed that During the experiment, the basic conditions of the animals in each group were good, no anorexia, death and other abnormal behaviors. The weight of each rat was recorded weekly. On the 28 th and 49 th days,the weights of female rats in high dose group were significantly different compare to the control group, and there was no significant difference between the other groups. In the end of the experiment, the kidney coefficient of the lowdose group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05). The thymus coefficient in the middle dose group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05), the other groups had no significant difference compared with the control group. There were no significant differences in the results of hematology in the low, medium and high dose groups compared with the control group. There were no significant differences in the results of serological examination between the experimental groups and the control group at the end of the experiment. The results showed that the sulphur anion feed additive fed for 90 days did not produce toxicity, and the optimum additive amount was 0.9%.
