卒中单元重症监护对急性重症脑卒中的护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨卒中单元重症监护对急性重症脑卒中的护理效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月于我院办理重症监护的50例急性重症脑卒中患者设置为观察组,另选取相同时间范围内在普通病房进行常规护理的急性重症脑卒中患者50例设置为对照组,对比两组护理护理前后神经功能缺损程度、日常生活能力、并发症发生率。结果在不同病房接受监护后,观察组NIHSS评分较对照组更低,Barthel指数较对照组更高,且监护期间观察组并发症发生率(8%)明显低于对照组(20%),差异对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论为急性重症脑卒中患者提供卒中单元重症监护,护理效果显著,有助于改善其病情状况,提高其日常生活能力,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of stroke unit intensive care on acute severe stroke.Method 50 patients with acute severe stroke who underwent intensive care in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled as observation groups.In addition,50 patients with acute severe stroke who were routinely treated in the general ward in the same time range were selected as the control group.The degree of neurological deficit,daily living ability and complication rate before and after nursing care were compared.Result The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the Barthel index was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group(8%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20%)during the monitoring period(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing stroke unit intensive care for patients with acute severe stroke,the nursing effect is remarkable.Helps improve their condition,improve their daily living ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
