摘　　要：机械压力机的离合制动器是压力机的主要部件之一,本文所述机械压力机离合制动器摩擦块智能测控装置中的摩擦块磨损量检测控制系统、传动轴旋转角度检测控制系统、摩擦块更换报警控制系统可以准确及时自动检测控制离合制动器摩擦块磨损情况,降低了对工人专业知识的要求,并且能提升产品质量,能更好满足机械压力机自动化生产线的智能化需要.The clutch brake is one of the main components of the mechanical press.The friction block wear detection control system,transmission shaft rotation angle detection control system and friction block replacement alarm control system in the intelligent measurement and control device for the friction block of the clutch brake for the mechanical press can accurately and timely automatically detect and control the wear of the friction block of the clutch brake.Thus in this way,the requirements on professional knowledge of workers have been reduced and the product quality has been improved,which can meet the intelligent requirements of the automatic production line of the mechanical press.
