摘 要:进行一种新型无泄漏柱塞缸的研究,运用ABAQUS建立橡胶密封构件的有限元模型,并对其工作过程进行仿真模拟.分析计算橡胶密封构件在初始状态和工作状态下的变形、yon Mises应力、剪切应力和接触压强,有效地预测其引起破坏失效的区域.分析橡胶密封构件变形的Mises屈服准则和剪切应力准则,以判定两种状态下密封构件是否失效.本文为无泄漏柱塞缸橡胶密封构件的优化设计提供理论依据.A new type of leak-free plunger cylinder has been studied.The finite element model of rubber sealing member has been established by ABAQUS,and the working process has been simulated.The defor mation,von Mises stress,shear stress and contact pressure of the rubber sealing element in the initial state and the working state have been analyzed,while the region causing the failure has been effectively predicted.The Mises yield criterion and the shear stress criterion for the deformation of the rubber sealing element have been analyzed to determine whether the sealing element fails in both states.It provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design of rubber sealing element for leak-free plunger cylinders.
