摘  要:为了推动06Ni9钢及其焊接技术的国产化,采用三种不同焊接热输入10kJ/cm、15kJ/cm和20kJ/cm对国产06Ni9钢进行药芯焊丝气体保护焊,焊后采用光学显微镜对焊缝和粗晶区的组织进行观察,并测试焊接接头的拉伸、弯曲、硬度等常温力学性能以及-196℃低温下的冲击、落锤、CTOD等低温力学性能,对比分析焊接线能量对焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在三种不同焊接热输入下所焊接头焊缝区组织主要为奥氏体及其析出相,粗晶区组织主要为板条马氏体及残余奥氏体,焊接接头各项力学性能均满足标准要求,且相差不大。In order to promote localization of 06Ni9 steel and its welding technology,Flux-cored wire gas shielded welding of 06Ni9 steel was carried out with three different welding heat input of 10 kJ/cm,15 kJ/cm and 20 kJ/cm.The microstructure of weld and coarse grain zone was observed by optical microscope after welding.The tensile,bending and hardness properties of welded joints at room temperature and the impact,drop weight and CTOD properties at-196℃were tested.The effects of welding line energy on the microstructure and properties of welded joints were compared and analyzed.The results show that austenite and its precipitates are the main microstructures in the weld zone,lath martensite and retained austenite are the main microstructures in the coarse grained zone under 10 kJ/cm,15 kJ/cm and 20 kJ/cm welding heat input.The mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the requirements of the standard and there is little difference between them.
