滚动转子式压缩机环缝焊接强度研究

摘  要:针对某型滚动转子式压缩机在油压脉冲试验中,下外罩焊缝产生贯穿性裂纹导致压缩机整机泄漏的现象,通过理论分析和工艺试验分析了裂纹产生的主要原因,同时采用三维软件模拟了试验过程中下外罩的受力情况。研究结果表明,压缩机下外罩受力不均衡、变形较大且应力集中在环缝附近是焊缝产生裂纹的主要原因。根据研究结果,建议对压缩机下外罩结构进行优化。优化后试验显示,下外罩焊缝强度得到改善,压缩机油压脉冲循环次数达10万次以上,压缩机整机油压脉冲试验达到了标准及客户要求。Aiming at the leakage phenomenon caused by penetration crack in the weld of the lower cover of a certain rolling piston type rotary compressor during the oil-pressure pulse test,the main reason of the crack was analyzed through theoretical analysis and technological test,and the stress of the lower cover was simulated by three-dimensional software.The results show that the main cause of weld crack is the large uneven deformation of the lower cover under the pressure of compressor and the stress concentration near the circumferential crack.According to the research results,it is suggested to optimize the structure of compressor lower cover.The optimized test showed that the weld strength of the lower cover was improved,the number of oil pressure pulse cycles of the compressor was more than 100000 times,and the oil pressure pulse test of the whole compressor machine met the standard and customer requirements.
