摘　　要：为了解决高频直缝焊管内毛刺清除不完全的问题,提出了一种可以在生产线通径机上安装使用的简易内毛刺磨削清除装置。该装置可对生产线上任意规格的钢管进行内毛刺磨削清除,并对磨削时产生的粉尘进行过滤除尘。若生产工艺需要,也可将磨削装置快速拆除,恢复设备的通径检测功能。生产实践证明,该内毛刺磨削清除装置操作简便可靠,使用效果良好,在提高内毛刺清除效果的基础上,扩大了设备功能,提高了设备的利用率。In order to solve the problem of incomplete internal burr removal in high frequency straight seam welded pipe,a simple internal burr grinding and removal device which can be installed on the path machine of production line is proposed.The device can grind and remove internal burr of steel pipe of any size on the production line and filter the dust during grinding.If the production process needs,the grinding device can also be quickly dismantled to restore the path detection function of the equipment.The results of production practice show that the inner burr grinding and removal device is simple and reliable in operation and has good application effect.On the basis of improving the effect of internal burr removal,the function of the equipment is expanded and the utilization rate of the equipment is increased.
