摘  要:针对水下采油树S32205双相不锈钢输油管线管壁厚大、材料特殊、精度要求高、服役环境恶劣、制造难度大等特点,从弯管技术、组对技术和焊接技术等方面对其制造难点进行了研究。制定了中频感应加热弯管工艺及壁厚减薄率控制要求,设计了管线专用组合工装及基于管线全位置的组合焊焊接工艺方案(钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)+焊条电弧焊(SMAW)),并进行了相关力学性能试验。试验结果表明,采用合理的弯管工艺、工装设计及焊接工艺生产的采油树各项性能满足设计要求。In view of the thick wall,special material,high precision requirement,bad service environment and difficult manufacturing of S32205 duplex stainless steel pipeline for underwater oil production,the manufacturing difficulties of S32205 duplex stainless steel pipeline are studied from the aspects of bending technology,pairing technology and welding technology.Medium frequency induction heating pipe bending process and wall thickness reduction rate control requirements were formulated,special assembly tooling for pipeline and combined welding process scheme based on full position of pipeline(GTAW+SMAW)were designed,and related mechanical properties were tested.The test results show that the functions of the production tree can meet the design requirements by adopting reasonable pipe bending technology,tooling design and welding technology.
