一卡通信息系统在门诊检验抽血护理中的应用及对护理效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析一卡通信息系统在门诊检验抽血护理中的应用及对护理效果的影响。方法选取我院门急诊检验科在2016年3月~2019年3月200例抽血患者作为本次研究对象,根据抽血时间的先后顺序将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。在其抽血检验中,对照组患者应用常规医生手写检验单采血方式,观察组患者应用一卡通就诊卡采血,在检验后观察比较两组患者的就诊时间、就诊满意度以及采血效率等情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的就诊时间更短、就诊满意度更高、采血效率更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将一卡通信息系统应用在门诊检验抽血护理中,从患者开单、缴费到护士抽血、检验结果发布等一系列环节均采用信息化管理,能极大程度提升护士工作效率,减少工作出错率,让患者更满意,是一种科学先进的工作方法,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application of one-card information system in outpatient examination and blood sampling nursing and its effect on nursing effect.Methods Two hundred patients with blood drawing from March 2016 to March 2019 in the department of outpatient and emergency medicine of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the sequence of blood drawing,all them were divided into observation group and control group on average,with 100 patients in each group.In the blood sampling test,patients in the control group were given a routine hand-written examination by doctors,while patients in the observation group were given a one-card medical card for blood sampling.After the test,patients in the two groups were observed and compared in terms of time,satisfaction and efficiency of blood sampling.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had shorter visit time,higher visit satisfaction,and faster blood collection efficiency,with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of one card information system in outpatient blood sampling nursing,from patient billing,payment to nurse blood sampling,test results release and a series of links are using information management,which can greatly improve the working efficiency of nurses,reduce the rate of work errors,and make patients more satisfied.It is a scientific and advanced working method,worthy of promotion and application.
