摘 要:目的探析早期肠内营养护理干预在ICU(重症加强护理病房)重症患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月我院ICU病房接收的重症患者86例,随机将其分为两组,各43例。两组患者均行常规护理,研究组加用早期肠内营养护理干预,比较护理效果。结果营养干预期间不良事件发生率低于对照组,干预结束后研究组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白指标及营养状态评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组7d营养达标率高于对照组,ICU入住时间、住院时间分别短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU重症患者实施早期肠内营养护理干预可减少不良事件,改善患者临床指标及营养状态,加快速疾病康复进程,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of early enteral nutrition nursing intervention in ICU patients.Methods Eighty-six patients in ICU ward from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups by computer random grouping,43 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were given routine nursing,the study group was treated with early enteral nutrition intervention,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The incidence of adverse events in the nutritional intervention group was lower than that in the control group.The hemoglobin,serum albumin index and nutritional status score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).The nutritional rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 7 days,and the time of ICU admission and hospitalization were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition nursing intervention in severe patients with ICU can reduce adverse events,improve clinical indexes and nutritional status of patients,and accelerate the process of rapid disease rehabilitation.It is worth popularizing and applying.
