摘　　要：目的探究血常规检查中静脉血以及末梢神经血样本的检查效果。方法自我院2017年9月~2018年9月入院接受体检的患者中选取74例健康体检者作为本次研究对象,将其随机分为对照组37例和研究组37例,对照组患者采集末梢血进行血常规检查,研究组患者采集静脉血进行血常规检查,对比两组患者的血常规检查结果。结果研究组患者血常规中白细胞、红细胞以及血小板等检查结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),放置3小时时检测结果中血小板的含量与即刻以及2小时内检测结果对比显著降低,而白细胞、中间细胞以及红细胞的检测结果均有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规检查中静脉血的检查准确率更为准确,且血液样本能够进行反复检验,但是随着样本放置时间越长,检验准确率越低,需在2小时之内完成检测。Objective To explore effects of venous blood and terminal nerve blood samples in blood routine examination.Methods 74 people who underwent physical examinations at admission to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=37)and the study group(n=37).Patients in the control group were given terminal blood collection for blood routine examination while patients in the study group were given venous blood collection for blood routine examination.Results of blood routine examinations of the two groups were compared.Results The results of leukocytes,erythrocytes and platelets in the blood routine of the study group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The platelet content was significantly reduced at 3 h after placement compared with immediate platelet content and that of 2 h after placement,while detection results of white blood cells,intermediate cells and red blood cells were all elevated.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The venous blood examination in blood routine examination is more accurate and blood samples can be repeatedly tested.However,the longer the sample is placed,the lower the accuracy of the test is.The test needs to be completed within 2 hours.
