摘　　要：目的:了解上海市徐汇区基层精神卫生防治人员的预警能力现状。方法:采用定量研究的方法,自编精神疾病三级预警能力问卷,对411名基层精神卫生防治人员进行问卷调查。结果:通过单因素分析发现,不同精神卫生防治工作年限、培训情况、预警人员类别之间预警能力的差异具有统计学意义(t=8.79,P<0.01;t=6.96,P<0.01;t=6.79,P<0.01)。多因素分析显示,将培训情况、预警人员类别作为预警能力影响因素进入回归方程(P<0.01),回归模型具有统计学意义(F=33.20,P<0.01,R^2=0.25)。结论:应通过培训、案例分析、演练等形式来提高基层精神卫生防治人员的预警能力。Objective: To understand the early warning ability of mental health prevention and control personnel at primary level in Xuhui District of Shanghai.Methods: The quantitative research method was used in this study,and 411 mental health prevention and control personnel at primary level were investigated by self-compiled questionnaire of three-stage early-warning ability of mental disease.Results: Single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences in early-warning abilities of the personnel between the years of working experience,training conditions and types of early-warning personnel(t=8.79,P<0.01;t=6.96,P<0.01;t=6.79,P<0.01).Multivariate analysis suggested that when the training conditions and types of early-warning personnel were used as the influencing factors of early-warning ability(P<0.01) to enter the regression equation,the regression equation was statistically significant(F=33.20,P<0.01,R^2=0.25).Conclusion: Early-warning ability of mental health prevention and control personnel at primary level could be improved through training,case analysis and drilling.
