摘　　要：在深入调研,获取第一手调研资料的基础上,运用舟山市第二次(2006年)和第三次(2016年)渔业普查资料的相关数据,进行对比分析,分析舟山渔业劳动力现状,查找存在的问题,提出对策措施,希望能为完善相关渔业政策和渔业可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。The present situation of Zhoushan fishery labor force is analyzed thoroughly on the basis of the first hand data and the second(2006) and the third(2016) fisheries census data to find the existing problems and put forward the countermeasures, hoping to perfect the related fishery policy and to provide reference for sustainable development of fisheries.
