健康教育对不孕不育患者治疗信心和护理满意度的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究在不孕不育患者治疗中采取健康教育对患者满意度和治疗信心的影响。方法通过入院就诊时间的不同本次将2015年9月至2017年9月期间收治的74例不孕不育患者均分成参照组(n=37)与实验组(n=37),参照组行常规护理,实验组行健康教育,评比分析两组患者护理效果。结果实验组治疗信心有效率、护理服务、护理方式、护理满意度、护理环境等均高于参照组数据,P<0.05,统计学存在验证意义。结论将健康教育应用在不孕不育患者中展现更具优势的作用。Objective To study the effect of health education on patient satisfaction and treatment confidence in the treatment of infertility patients.Methods Through the difference in admission time,74 cases of infertility patients admitted from September 2015 to September 2017 were divided into reference group(n=37)and experimental group(n=37).Routine nursing was performed,the experimental group was given a health education,and the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated.Results The experimental group’s confidence in treatment efficiency,nursing services,nursing methods,nursing satisfaction,and nursing environment were all higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of health education in patients with infertility shows a more advantageous role.
