新生儿高胆红素血症应用蓝光治疗的皮肤护理重要性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗的患儿皮肤护理的重要性。方法研究参与对象为2018年内45例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿,发病年龄为出生后10 h^28 d,面部及周身存在不同程度的黄染,初见于面部的占72%,其中有2例有先天性疾病,在新生儿监护病房中接受蓝光照射治疗前、中、后的皮肤护理资料为研究基础,观察皮肤护理对预后的影响,对其重要性做有益的探讨。研究组100%进入NICU进行治疗接受整体的评估和系统化、科学化皮肤护理,对皮肤护理潜在问题着重记录和分析,有评估、有措施、有反馈、有改进。结果为45例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿,确认该疾病后遵医嘱接受蓝光治疗、接受整体化的皮肤护理均病愈出院,皮肤完整性受损的情况未有发生。结论皮肤护理的重要性在新生儿高胆红素患儿中与其他疾病类型患儿有所不同,即影响患儿皮肤黏膜的恢复,又对其舒适性和主观感受质量产生直接的影响,所以新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗的患儿皮肤护理非常重要。Objective To explore the importance of skin care for children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated with blue light.Method The study involved 45 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in 2018.The age of onset was 10 h to 28 d after birth.There were different degrees of yellow staining on the face and body,and 72%of the initial appearance on the face.There are 2 cases of congenital diseases.The skin care data before,during and after treatment with blue light in the neonatal intensive care unit is the basis of research.Observing the influence of skin care on prognosis,it is useful to explore its importance.The research team 100%entered the NICU for treatment and received an overall assessment and systematic,scientific skin care,focusing on the recording and analysis of potential problems in skin care,with assessments,measures,feedback,and improvements.Result For 45 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,after confirming the disease,they received blue light treatment and received integrated skin care.They were discharged from hospital and the skin integrity was not damaged.Conclusion The importance of skin care is different in children with neonatal hyperbilirubine,which affects the recovery of skin mucosa in children,and has a direct impact on the comfort and subjective quality of the child.Skin care for children with hyperbilirubinemia and blue light is very important.
