对下尿路结石合并双肾积水手术患者应用整体护理干预的体会

摘　　要：目的观察整体护理干预下尿路结石合并双肾积水患者的整体护理干预的护理效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2018年1月于我院泌尿外科科住院接受手术的下尿路结石合并双肾积水手术的患者50例,所有研究对象通过信封法随机分组,对照组25例,应用常规护理干预方式,试验组25例,在对照组的护理干预上加以整体护理干预方式,观察两组患者的治疗有效率及并发症发生率。结果护理干预后:①对照组的有效率,76%;试验组:96%;②对照组术后并发症发生率:12%,试验组:0%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论整体护理干预尿路结石合并肾积水手术患者可有效改善患者的疼痛、排尿障碍等临床症状提高患者生存质量,减少患者术后感染发生率,临床疗效优异,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with urinary calculi complicated with hydronephrosis under holistic nursing intervention. Methods 50 cases of lower urinary calculi combined with double hydronephrosis were operated from January 2016 to January 2018 in the Department of Urology of our hospital. All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method and 25 cases in the control group. The routine nursing intervention was used and 25 cases in the experimental group were used as a whole in the control group. Nursing interventions were used to observe the effective rate of treatment and incidence of complications in the two groups. Results Nursing intervention: the experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Overall nursing intervention in patients with urinary calculi combined with hydronephrosis can effectively improve the patient’s pain, dysuria and other clinical symptoms to improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, the clinical effect is excellent, it is worth popularizing.
