摘 要:为明确不同颜色滤光膜对葡萄外观品质及生理指标的影响,本试验选择长势一致且结果部位相同的‘巨玫瑰’葡萄植株为试材进行套袋处理,设6种套袋颜色,采后对其可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、还原糖、VC、叶绿素和花青素含量进行测定。结果表明,套袋处理可以提高果皮的色差值、花青素含量和果实中可滴定酸含量及质构参数,其中紫色处理的质构参数显著高于其余处理;黄色处理的可溶性固形物含量和VC含量显著高于对照和其他处理。In order to clarify the effects of different color filters on the appearance quality and physiological indexes of grape,the same growing and fruiting parts of'Jumeigui'grapevine for bagging treatment were selected as test materials.Six bagging colors were set up.The contents of total soluble solids,titratable acid,reducing sugar,vitamin C,chlorophyll and anthocyanin were determined after harvesting.The results showed that bagging treatment improved color parameters,procyanidins content of skin and tritable acid content,texture parameters of berry.The texture parameters of purple bagged berry were significantly better than others,total soluble solids and vitamin C content of yellow bagged berry were significantly higher than c ontrol groups and other treatments.
