局部3型安尔碘纱布填塞联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察局部3型安尔碘纱布填塞联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月我科收治的糖尿病足患者60例,随机分两组,观察组30例和对照组30例。在严格控制饮食,使用胰岛素控制血糖、选用敏感抗菌素抗感染及抗血小板聚集、溃疡换药、营养支持等治疗的基础上,对照组给予前列地尔治疗,观察组给予局部3型安尔碘纱布填塞联合前列地尔治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组的临床有效率分别为93.3%和73.3%;观察组与对照组比较,治疗后足背血流速度高于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部3型安尔碘纱布填塞联合前列地尔比单独使用前列地尔疗效好,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of local type 3 Anil iodine gauze packing combined with alprostadil in treatment of diabetic foot.Methods 60 patients with diabetic foot who were admitted and treated in our department from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).On the basis of strict control of diet,use of insulin to control blood sugar,selection of sensitive antibiotics for anti-infection and anti-platelet aggregation,ulcer dressing,nutritional support and other treatments,the control group was given treated with alprostadil while the observation group was given local type 3 Anil iodine gauze packing combined with alprostadil.The clinical curative effects of the two groups was observed and compared between two groups.Results The clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.3%and 73.3%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the blood flow velocity of dorsalis pedis of the observation group was higher and the inflammatory factor level was lower.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The local type 3 Al iodine gauze packing combined with alprostadil is better than alprostadil alone and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
