摘　　要：从我国现如今的情况来看,当前恶性肿瘤的发生率呈现出了逐年上升的趋势,这一点重点体现在住院患者之中。疾病会对患者的身心健康造成严重威胁。为了方便疾病资料之间互相对比,中国在本世纪初使用并推广了国际统一ICD-10疾病分类方式。为了防止出现编码错误,确保相关统计资料精准性,本文首先阐述了影响ICD-10肿瘤编码准确性的主要因素以及解决对策,旨意为相关学者的研究工作提供参考资料。According to the current situation in China,the incidence of malignant tumors is increasing year by year,which is mainly reflected in the hospitalized patients.Diseases pose a serious threat to the physical and mental health of patients.In order to facilitate the comparison of disease data,the international unified ICD-10 classification of diseases was used and promoted in China at the beginning of this century.In order to prevent encoding errors and ensure the accuracy of relevant statistical data,this paper first describes the main factors affecting the accuracy of ICD-10 cancer coding and the countermeasures to solve them.The purpose of this paper is to provide references for the research work of relevant scholars.
