摘  要:本文采用ansys有限元计算软件对叶巴滩水电站右岸导流洞进口闸室启闭机排架建立有限元模型,重点分析了完建期及下闸期两种工况下排架结构各部位的应力及变形。根据计算结果,采用规范推荐的应力图形配筋法,分别对排架结构主梁、次梁、连系梁及柱进行了结构配筋计算。分析结果表明,基于ansys有限元软件对启闭排架结构进行有限元分析能够计算复杂受力条件下排架结构各部分应力和变形,并为配筋提供依据,对排架结构设计及优化具有指导意义。In this paper,ANSYS finite element calculation software is used to establish a finite element model for the bent frame of the hoist at the entrance of the diversion tunnel on the right bank of the yebatan hydropower station.The stress and deformation of each part of the bent frame structure under the two working conditions of the completion period and the lower gate period are mainly analyzed.According to the calculation results,the stress graphic reinforcement method recommended by the code is used to calculate the structural reinforcement of the main beam,secondary beam,tie beam and column of bent structure.The results show that the finite element analysis based on ANSYS can calculate the stress and deformation of each part of bent structure under complex stress conditions,and provide the basis for reinforcement,which has guiding significance for the design and optimization of bent structure.
