摘 要:利用ABAQUS软件建立装配式斜交空心板桥的有限元模型,通过实桥荷载试验验证了该模型的准确性,并分析了影响铰缝强度的不利荷载作用,结果显示负梯度温度场和车辆荷载的共同作用会导致桥梁铰缝开裂。为避免只在桥梁底板施加横向预应力使铰缝上缘出现拉应力的风险,提出在空心板底面和顶面的直线部位及斜端部三分之一处分别施加横向预应力的炭纤维板加固方案。仿真结果表明,该方案能增强各空心板之间的横向传力作用,避免了单板受力,提高了装配式斜交空心板桥的整体承载性能,加固效果明显。The finite element model of a prefabricated skew hollow slab bridge was established by ABAQUS software.Accuracy of the model was verified by the load test on the real bridge.The effect of unfavourable load on the strength of hinge joints was analyzed,and the results showed that the coactions of vehicle load and temperature field with a negative gradient would lead to the crack of the hinge joints.In order to eliminate the tensile stress on the upper edge of hinge joints resulting from the application of transverse prestress only on the bridge bottom floor,this paper proposed a reinforcement scheme by prestressed carbon fiber plates fixed at the straight part and 1/3 oblique end on both the bottom and top surfaces of the hollow slabs.The simulation results show that this scheme can enhance the lateral force transfer between the hollow slabs,avoid load on a single slab and improve the whole bridge’s bearing capacity.In brief,the reinforcement effect is significant.
