摘 要:利用CaCl2溶液进行电化学加固是一种具有较好应用前景的地基加固方法。为了分析CaCl2溶液起始注入时间对电化学加固效果的影响,开展了电渗初始时刻(T1)和电渗排水稳定时刻注入CaCl2溶液(T2)的两组试验。结果表明:CaCl2溶液注入可增大土体电导率,减小阳极与土体间的电势损失,但阴极与土体间的电势损失却随着电渗持续增大。T1对应的阳极附近土体电导率更均匀,导致作用在该区域土体中的电势梯度减小,电渗排水效果减弱。CaCl2溶液起始注入时间对最终排水量的影响较小,但T1对应的固结时间较T2明显缩短。试验结束后,T1对应的阳极附近土体含水率高于阴极,且阴极附近土体强度明显高于阳极,与电渗排水稳定时刻注入所对应的情况相反。注入CaCl2溶液后,能耗随电渗排水量呈非线性递增趋势,在电渗后期能耗增大显著。此外,相同排水量下T1对应的能耗较T2明显增大。Electrochemical reinforcement with CaCl 2 solution injection is a foundation reinforcement method with better application prospect.In order to analyze the effect of the initial injection time of CaCl2 solution on electrochemical reinforcement,two groups of experiments are carried out on the initial time of electro-osmosis(T1)and injecting CaCl2 solution at the stable time of electro-osmosis drainage(T2).The results show that the injection of CaCl2 solution can largely increase the conductivity of soil mass and decrease the electric potential loss between anode and soil mass,but the electric potential loss between cathode and soil mass increases along with the duration of electro-osmosis.The conductivity of soil mass near the anode is more uniform and leads the electric potential gradient in the soil mass of that area to be decreased with weakening of the electro-osmosis drainage effect.The initial injection time of CaCl 2 solution has a less influence on the final drainage flow,but the consolidation time corresponding to T1 is obviously shortened if compared with T2.After finishing of experiment,the water content of the soil mass near the anode corresponding to T1 is higher than that near cathode,while the strength of the soil mass near cathode is obviously higher than that near anode and is contrary to the condition corresponding to the injection at the stable time of electro-osmosis drainage.After injecting CaCl2 solution,the energy consumption exhibits a trend of nonlinear progressive increase,while the energy consumption significantly increases at the later period of electro-osmosis.Moreover,the energy consumption corresponding to T1 is obviously increased under the same drainage flow if compared with that corresponding to T2.
