摘 要:新疆CHE大坝在投入运行后出现多个部位渗水,其中坝体裂缝和碾压层面及越冬水平面的渗水均以发电引水坝段最为严重。选取发电引水坝段进行温控仿真计算,计算中考虑大坝的实际浇筑过程和采用的各项温控措施,得出大坝混凝土的温度和应力在时间和空间上的分布规律,重点研究大坝实际开裂部位对应的应力分布情况,从温控角度分析这些裂缝出现的原因,同时分析运行期拆除保温板对大坝目前应力状态的影响规律,为后期大坝修补加固提供技术支撑。结果表明:①温度裂缝的主要诱因是混凝土的浇筑温度较高、预埋冷却水管的区域较少,大坝表面永久保温措施不足,后续拆除保温措施也对大坝的温度和应力产生了一定负面影响;②需对危害性较大的裂缝进行灌浆处理,并对大坝下游面等漏水比较严重的区域进行及时修补处理,对大坝临空表面尤其是下游面重新采取保温措施。After the operation of CHE dam in Xinjiang,water leakage was found in multiple regions of the dam,in which the most serious leakage occurred in power generation diversion section in dam cracks,overwintering surface and rolling layers.In the calculation,the actual dam pouring process and the various temperature control measures carried out on the construction site were considered.Then the varying of temperature and temperature stress with time and location were obtained.According to the stress where the dam cracks,the reason for the ap pearance of cracks was found on the aspect of temperature control.At the same time,the effect of removing the insulation board during opera tion period on the current stress of dam was analyzed,which provides support for the later dam repair and reinforcement.The simulation calcu lation results show that:a)the main causes of temperature cracks are the high pouring temperature,the few areas burying cooling water pipe and the insufficient insulation measures,and removing the insulation board also has the negative effects on the temperature and stress of the dam;b)it needs to grout to the cracks with big harm,repair the dam downstream surface with serious leakage problem and replace the insula tion board on the dam airborne surface,especially on the downstream surface.
