摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对女童特发性性早熟的诊断及治疗后超声动态监测的临床价值.方法:随机选取2017年10月—2018年12月我院收治的59例特发性性早熟女童设为观察组.同时随机选取60例正常女童设为对照组.对比子宫纵径、前后径、横径、卵泡测量结果等.结果:观察组卵泡最大直径和对照组有明显差异,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者子宫纵径、前后径、横径以及体积均明显大于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断特发性性早熟患者可从子宫纵径、前后径、横径、卵泡测量结果等相关数据进行诊断.值得临床应用.Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and post-treatment ultrasound dynamic monitoring of girls with idiopathic precocious puberty.Methods Fifty-nine patients with idiopathic precocious puberty were randomly selected from October 2017 to December 2018.According to the presence or absence of idiopathic precocious puberty they were divided into two groups.59 girls with idiopathic precocious puberty were divided into observation group.At the same time,60 normal girls were randomly selected as the control group.The longitudinal,anteroposterior;transverse and follicular measurements of uterus were compared.Results The maximum diameter of follicles in 59 patients in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The longitudinal diameter;anterior and posterior diameter;transverse diameter and volume of 59 patients in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of follicular measurement in the observation group were less than 3 mm,which were significantly higher than those in the 5mm group and the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of idiopathic precocious puberty can be obtained from the uterine longitudinal diametei;anteroposterior diameter transverse diameter;follicular measurement results and endometrial thickness.It is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
