浅析1.5T磁共振断层血管成像对原发性三叉神经痛患者神经血管关系的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨1.5T磁共振断层血管成像对原发性三叉神经痛患者神经血管关系的诊断价值及可靠性.方法:选取原发性三叉神经痛患者20例,分析其三叉神经痛磁共振检查资料,同时和手术结果进行对照.结果:患者在接受1.5T磁共振断层血管成像检查后显示,17例患者的神经和血管存在紧密接触情况,占85.00%;磁共振断层血管成像诊断结果和手术结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:1.5T磁共振断层血管成像可对原发性三叉神经痛患者神经血管关系进行有效显示,具备较高的准确度,可为病因诊断和手术治疗提供参考.Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and reliability of 1.5T magnetic resonance tomography in the diagnosis of neurovascular relationship in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Twenty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were retrospectively analyzed for magnetic resonance data of trigeminal neuralgia.Results In this group of patients,after 1.5T MR angiography;17 patients had close contact with nerves and blood vessels,accounting for 85.00%Jkccording to the analysis,the results of magnetic resonance tomography diagnosis and surgical results were compared.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.5T magnetic resonance tomography can effectively display the neurovascular relationship in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia,and has high diagnostic sensitivity and accuracywhich can provide reference for etiological diagnosis and surgical treatment。
