摘  要:针对不同阀芯结构的球阀流量特性进行研究。利用Fluent对球阀进行数值模拟,计算得到小开度范围内不同阀芯结构的阀门前后压降及流量系数随开度的变化关系。随后基于各组件数学模型,在MATLAB/Simulink中建立流体回路模型进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:小开度范围内,阀芯作开口处理后的球阀,阀后漩涡回流情况得到改善,球体阀芯采用圆形与三角形开口有利于使流量变化趋于线性。The objective was to analysis the fluid characteristics of ball valves with different valve spool structure.Flow analyses were car-ried out using Fluent,the variety of pressure drop and flow coefficient against valve opening with different core gap of valve were achieved.Based on the mathematical model,a simulation model was built in MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the use of triangular and round opening in valve coreinstead of initial valve core can make the flow of whirlpool in the downstream improved,the flux variety linear is benefited from the gap shapes used in vavle.
