摘 要:以国家能源局多能互补主动配电网示范工程中三号子微网为研究对象,研究了含光伏发电、储能的微电网系统中的虚拟同步机(VSG)技术。介绍了虚拟同步机技术原理、拓扑及控制方案,设计了虚拟功率的功率控制方法,分析了定子电气方程的电压外环特性;针对VSG调频性能和动态性能2方面的需求,提出一种参数设计约束条件,确保VSG在满足调频性能要求的同时,具有良好的动态特性;针对由150 k W光伏、400kW储能、100 kW VSG组成的微网系统,进行黑启动、计划性离/并网切换、非计划性离/并网切换等实验,在多工况下验证了所采用的VSG方案的可靠性。Taking the 3~# microgrid in the demoretration project of multi-energy,complementary active distribution network of national energy adminsitration as the object of study,the technology of VSG in photovoltaic and energy storage microgrid systems was studied. The principle,topology and control scheme of the VSG were introduced. The power control method of the virtual power was designed,and the voltage outer loop characteristic of the stator electric equation was analyzed. In order to meet the needs of two aspects of VSG frequency modulation and dynamic performance,a parameter design constraint was proposed to ensure that VSG has good dynamic characteristics while satisfying frequency modulation performance requirements;aiming at the microgrid composed of 150 kW photovoltaic and 400 kW energy storage,100 kW VSG,experiments such as black start,planned off/grid switching,unplanned off/grid switching were carried out to verify the reliability of the VSG scheme adopted.
