摘 要:目的对晋升医师人员特征分布及各项量化评价指标进行调查和分析,总结与分析北京大学第三医院医师职称晋升综合量化评估体系的实效。方法回顾性分析北京大学第三医院2006-2018年晋升的532名高级职称临床医师人员特征及各项客观评价指标平均水平的趋势,并比较内外科晋升医师各项指标平均水平的差异。结果晋升人员总数、平均年龄、上一职务任职年限平均水平都有所增长。晋升人员医疗、教学、科研等各项指标的平均水平略有增长。内外科医师晋升副高在平均年龄、上一职务任职年限有统计学差异。结论建立了一套较为合理的量化评估体系,对职称评审政策有较好的稳定导向作用,保证职称晋升工作的顺利进行。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the quantitative evaluation system in the Third Hospital of Peking University by investigating the distribution of the characteristics of the promoted doctors and various quantitative evaluation indicators. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the characteristics and objective evaluation indexes of 532 senior clinicians promoted from 2006 to 2018 in the Third Hospital of Peking University,and comparing the differences of each index between the physicians and the surgeons. Results The total number of promotion, the average age and average length of service in the previous post has increased. The clinical works,education works and research output increased slightly. The average age and the length of service in the previous post had statistical differences between the physicians and the surgeons when they promoted the deputy senior title. Conclusion The hospital has established a more reasonable quantitative evaluation system,which has a better stable guiding effect on the title evaluation policy.
