摘 要:通过单源热蒸镀法和一步旋涂法制备了MAPbI3钙钛矿薄膜,并基于两种薄膜分别制备了太阳能电池,经检测发现后者的光电转换效率高于前者,其转换效率为14.42%。通过对构成电池器件的两种薄膜进行对比分析,发现MAPbI3薄膜的结晶度对光电转换效率影响显著,结晶度越高,其光电转换效率越高。这为今后高效的钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究提供了指导。MAPbI 3 perovskite films were prepared by single-source thermal evaporation and one-step spin-coating,respectively,and the solar cell devices were prepared by the two films,it is found that the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the latter is higher than the former,which is 14.42%.Comparing with the two kinds of thin films,it is found that the crystallinity of MAPbI 3 film has a significant effect on the photoelectric conversion efficiency,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency is increasing with the increasing crystallization of MAPbI 3 film.It will provide guidance for the future study of the efficient and stable performance of perovskite solar cells.
