摘  要:为了提高水泥稳定碎石在高寒地区的适用性,研究了一种新型早强低收缩外加剂(ELA)在不同养护温度下对水泥稳定碎石强度和收缩特性的影响,并采用XRD和SEM测试对其早强抗收缩机理进行了分析.试验结果表明:掺加ELA后,在20℃养护条件下,早期(1d,3d和7d)无侧限抗压强度平均提高了27%,劈裂强度平均提高了31%;在-5℃养护条件下,分别提高了33%和49%;在15^-5℃变温作用下,分别提高了32%和28%.在三种不同养护条件下,掺加ELA在提高基层早期强度的同时未对后期强度造成损失,并且降低了基层的收缩程度.通过XRD和SEM测试分析,也得出ELA不仅可以提高水泥稳定碎石的早期强度,还可以减少其因早强引起的收缩开裂问题.In order to improve the applicability of cement stabilized macadam in alpine regions,the effect of new early strength and low shrinkage admixture(ELA)on the strength and shrinkage characteristics of cement stabilized macadam at different temperatures was studied.The early strength anti-shrinkage mechanism of the base was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that after adding ELA,the unconfined compressive strength(1 d,3 d and 7 d)at 20℃curing temperature increases by 27%on average,and the splitting strength increases by 31%on average;at-5℃curing temperature,the strength increases by 33%and 49%,respectively;at 15--5℃curing temperature,the strength increases by 32%and 28%,respectively.And adding ELA improves the early strength of the base without causing loss to the late strength at three different curing conditions.Moreover,the degree of shrinkage of the base at different curing temperatures is reduced.XRD and SEM analysis show that ELA can not only improve the early strength of the cement stabilized macadam,but also reduce the shrinkage and cracking caused by the early strength.
