摘　　要：目的循证构建全膝关节置换术患者肌力康复护理的证据,为骨科健康教育提供实证依据。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、JBI循证卫生保健国际合作中心图书馆、美国指南网(NGC)、加拿大安大略注册护士协会(RNAO)、PubMed、EMBASE、Med-line、中国知网、万方数据库自建库到2018年6月发表的关于膝关节置换术后患者肌力锻炼有关的系统评价、临床实践指南、证据总结,并进行筛选和评价。结果共纳入10篇文献,汇集15个条目,内容包括术前评估、早期干预、后期随访3个时期的干预策略。结论本研究综合了系统的膝关节置换术肌力锻炼证据,可供临床康复实践借鉴或应用。Objective To collect and summarize the evidence on muscle strength rehabilitation for total knee arthroplasty patients,and to provide references for health education in department of orthopedics.Methods Computerized literature searches were performed in Cochrane Library,JBI,National Guideline Clearinghouse,Registered Nurses′Association of Ontaric,PubMed,EMBASE,Medline,CNKI,and Wanfang database,to retrieve high-level evidence(systematic reviews,clinical guidelines,evidence summaries)which was about muscle strength rehabilitation for total knee arthroplasty patients and indexed into these databases from inception to June 2018.Then the retrieved evidence was screened and evaluated.Results A total of 10 publications were included,and 15 pieces of evidence which was subfactored into 3 different intervention strategies(preoperative assessment,early intervention and follow-up),were summarized.Conclusion This research has summarized systematic,solid evidence on muscle strength rehabilitation for total knee arthroplasty patients.The evidence could serve as practice guide in clinical settings.
