近代上海书业同业组织制度变迁析论——基于制度变迁理论的分析

摘　　要：近代上海书业同业组织由具有行会性质的书业公所逐步发展为同业公会,体现为书业组织制度的变迁。这一变迁起始于书业行会面对近代社会发展对书业的冲击而自发采取的自下而上的诱致性变迁,终结于国家颁布相关法律、规定,自上而下的强制性变迁。因此,近代上海书业行会向同业公会转变是诱致性变迁与强制性变迁共同作用的结果。The trade organization of modern Shanghai Book Industry gradually developed from the Book Industry office with the character of trade association to the book guild,which reflected the change of the organizational institution in Book Industry.This change started from the spontaneous and bottom-up induced transformation of book trade association when faced the impact resulted from the development of modern society,and ended in the top-down forced change of the relevant laws and regulations enacted by the country.Therefore,the modern Shanghai Book Industry association transferred to book guild is the result of both induced and forced changes.
