摘 要:在空军青少年航空学校航空医学保障研究与实践的基础上,系统总结建设空军青少年航空学校精准高效航空 医学保障体系的关键环节,即构建精准选拔标准体系,实现选拔对象应选尽选、选拔技术精准识别、变化项目精准预测;构 建科学保苗防治体系,科学组织近视防控、伤病防控、体验飞行;构建高效训练教程体系,开展抗荷力量高效训练、抗荷心理 高效训练、专项抗荷高效训练;构建优势资源支撑体系,培育基础力量、创建专用平台、完善运用机制。研究结果为提高空军 青少年航空学校航卫保障水平提供科学依据。On the base of study on and practice with aviation medicine support in Air Force teenager aviation schools,we have summarized the key issues related to the aviation medical examination of Air Force teenager aviation schools, including the construction of medical recruiting systems for students, which aim to recruit the best possible students, precise identification, and accurate prediction. The results of study also include constructing injury prevention and treatment systems, which should prevent and control efficiently myopia and training injuries, illness and flight sickness. It is also of great importance to construct efficient training systems that can accomplish efficient training of anti-G power, anti-G psychology and special anti-G capability. Finally, it is recommended that a support system be established for superior resources, which include manpower, platforms and mechanisms of operation. These research results can contribute to improving the support level of Air Force teenager aviation schools.
