摘  要:目的 探讨提高青少年航空学校学生远视储备及适当降低视力入校标准的科学性。 方法 整群抽选6所空军青 少年航空学校2018级高中生学生共240人480只眼,采用“C”形Landolt视力表检测学生远视力,睫状肌麻痹后检影验光法检 测学生屈光值,比较基线不同远视力(<1.0,≥1.0)眼入校6个月后的远视力、屈光分布及屈光变化的差异,并分析入校后远 视力下降眼的基线屈光分布及屈光变化情况。 结果 基线远视力0.8组、0.9组各30只眼,远视力≥1.0组共420只眼,3组基线 屈光分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);基线远视力0.9组有1只眼(3%)入校后远视力仍<1.0,远视力0.8组有5只眼(16%), 基线远视力≥1.0组共26只眼(7%)入校后远视力<1.0,3组入校后远视力分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且3组入校后屈 光值及屈光变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入校后不同远视力眼屈光变化未见明显差异,但低常远视力眼基线屈光主要 分布在0^+0.24 D(47%)。结论 提高远视储备的前提下,适当降低视力标准具有科学性及可行性。适当的提高远视储备是 降低近视发病率的重要手段。Objective To explore the scientific validity of improving the hyperopia reserve of students in experimental classes of Air Force and appropriately reducing the admission criteria for visual acuity. Methods Two hundred and forty students (480 eyes)from experimental classes of Air Force were enrolled. The "C" shape Landolt chart was used to test the students' distant vision, and retinoscopy combined with cycloplegia was performed to detect the students' refraction. The refraction and visual acuity distribution and refraction change of eyes with different baseline vision were compared, and the baseline refraction distribution and refraction change of vision <1.0 after 6-month were also analyzed. Results There were separately thirty eyes in the visual acuity 0.8 group and 0.9 group with baseline vision <1.0, and another 420 eyes had visual acuity≥1.0. There was no statistically significant difference in baseline refraction distribution between the three vision groups(P>0.05). There was one eye(3%)in baseline vision 0.9 group and five eyes(16%)in vision 0.8 group that dropped to <1.0, compared to 26 eyes(7%) in baseline vision ≥1.0 group and there was no statistically significant difference between the three vision groups(P>0.05). It was also found that the refraction value and refraction change were not significantly different after enrollment between them(P >0.05). There was no significant difference in refraction change between eyes of different vision after enrollment, but the main distribution of baseline refraction in vision >1.0 eyes was 0^+0.24 D for 47%. Conclusion As long as the hyperopia reserve can be increased, it is scientific and feasible to lower the visual acuity standard appropriately. And it is an important and effective means to reduce the incidence of myopia.
