基于真实世界研究的皮肤瘙痒患者的临床用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的 选择瘙痒皮肤病患者的临床诊疗数据,明确真实世界中瘙痒患者的适应证及用药规律。方法 选取空军 特色医学中心(原空军总医院)HIS系统中,2014 2017年的住院患者中,诊断或者症状为瘙痒、治疗结果为治愈或好转的患 者诊断及用药信息数据,总结用药规律。结果 瘙痒适应证为银屑病、湿疹、皮炎、荨麻疹和痤疮。治疗瘙痒的药物排名前5 的是复方甘草酸苷、糠酸莫米松乳膏、维生素C、葡萄糖酸钙、酮替芬。结论 控制瘙痒症状,抑制异常免疫反应,提高机体免 疫力,抗过敏可以有效治疗瘙痒。Objective To select clinical data on the diagnosis and treatment of patients with pruritus skin disease, and to clarify the indications and regularities of medication of patients with pruritus in the real world. Methods The clinical data on diagnosis and medication of patients who had been diagnosed with or simply had symptoms of itch, but were cured or had their symptoms improved were selected from the HIS system of the General Air Force Hospital between 2014 and 2017. The way related pharmaceuticals were mostly used was studied. Results The indications of pruritus were psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, urticarial and acne. The top five drugs for pruritus were compound glycyrrhizin, cream of mormetasone furoate, vitamin C, calcium gluconate and ketotifen. Conclusion Pruritus can be effectively treated by controlling pruritus symptoms, inhibiting abnormal immune response, and improving the body's immunity and anti-allergy ability.
