摘　　要：“和平列车-2019”医疗队在老挝万象参加了以泥石流灾害人道主义医学救援为背景的中国—老挝联合演训,演训活动中分类后送组出色完成了水上伤员前接、批量伤员的检伤分类、伤员空中转运后送工作以及对老方人员的帮扶带教工作,文章通过总结工作经验及体会,为更好应对突发自然灾害及为国际联合救援工作提供借鉴。The "Peace Train-2019" medical team participated in a joint exercise in the background of humanitarian medical rescue of mudslide disasters in Vientiane,Laos,the triage and evacuation group successfully completed the tasks of picking up the wounded on the surface of water,classifying mass casualty,transporting the wounded by air,and instructing and helping medical team from Laos. This paper aims to summarize relevant practice and experience,and provide references for better respond to sudden natural disasters and international joint rescue operations.
