摘　　要：文章从中国—老挝军队“和平列车-2019”人道主义医学救援联合演训实践出发,基于新时期机动卫勤分队任务平战结合的发展要求,结合参演各医院的多年国内外演训成果,分析了机动卫勤分队医疗保障组药品、检验、特检、放射、器械模块的工作做法,总结医疗保障组人员设置、仪器设备配置、模块展开条件等方面尚存在的部分问题并提出相关建议,认为及时解决这些问题可以有效提高医疗保障组工作时效,不断提升机动卫勤分队的医疗保障能力。Starting from the practice of "peace train-2019" humanitarian medical rescue joint training in Laos,China,based on the development requirements of the combination of peacetime and wartime tasks of mobile medical service unit in the new era, combined with the training results of many years of participating hospitals at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the working practic es of drugs,inspection,special inspection,radiation and equipment modules of the medical security unit of mobile medical service unit,and finds that the medical security unit. There are still some problems in personnel setting,equipment configuration,m odule de ployment conditions,etc. And put forward relevant suggestions. To solve these problems in time can effectively improve the working ef ficiency of the medical security team,and continuously improve the medical security capacity of the mobile medical service unit.
