摘  要:为了研究新型弹簧支撑介电弹性作动器参数对其力学性能的影响规律,基于热力学理论建立了作动器力电耦合模型,提出了作动器内置弹簧刚度和驱动变形表征方法,并通过试验进行了验证,在此基础上分析了薄膜参数对作动器力学性能的影响。结果表明:该作动器在电压驱动下表现出了良好的轴向驱动特性,建立的力电耦合模型能够描述作动器的静态力学性能;作动器的静态刚度随薄膜轴向拉伸比、薄膜横截面积的增加而增大,随薄膜径向拉伸比、作动器有效长度及弹簧压缩量的增加而减少;而增大轴向、径向的拉伸比和薄膜横截面积可提高作动器的驱动性能。可见,研究结果可为作动器的设计和性能优化提供理论依据。In order to study the parameters influence on the mechanical properties of a new spring-supported dielectric elastimer actuator,the electromechanical coupling model of the actuator was constructed based on thermodynamic theories,then the characterization method of built-in spring stiffness and voltage driven deformation of the actuator were carried out,and these characterization method was verified by means of experiments. In the base of these,the influence of actuator film parameters on the mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the actuator show good axial actuating deformation characteristics in the voltage excitation,and the electromechanical coupling model can be accurately describe the static mechanical properties. The static stiffness of the actuator increases as the axial tension ratio and the cross-section area increase of the film,and then decreases as the radial tension ratio of the film and the effective length of the actuator and the compression of the spring increase. Besides,the actuating deformation characteristics of the actuator can be improved as the radial tension ratio and the cross section area increase of the film. The research can provide a theoretical basis for the design and performance optimization of actuator.
