摘  要:为了探究工具电极超声振动在混粉电火花加工中的作用,设计了一套可调谐振频率的工具电极超声振动装置。用TC4合金作为工件材料,工件去除率和表面粗糙度作为指标,分别实施了常规混粉电火花加工和超声混粉电火花加工正交试验,通过极差和方差对试验结果进行分析。结果表明,工具电极超声振动能加快粉末颗粒在加工间隙的流动性从而避免粉末颗粒沉积引起的短路和拉弧放电,提高了加工的稳定性,去除率比常规混粉电火花加工提高了30%,表面粗糙度也有所改善。In order to explore the role of ultrasonic vibration of tool electrode in powdered electrical discharge machining,a set of tool electrode ultrasonic vibration device with adjustable resonant frequency was designed. by using TC4 alloy as the workpiece material,workpiece removal rate and surface roughness as indicators,the conventional mixed powder electrical discharge machining and ultrasonic mixed powder electrical discharge machining orthogonal test were carried out,and the test results were analyzed by the range and variance. The results show that the ultrasonic vibration of the tool electrode can accelerate the fluidity of the powder particles in the machining gap to avoid the short circuit and arc discharge caused by the deposition of powder particles,improve the stability of the processing,and the removal rate is increased by 30% compared with the conventional powder electrical discharge machining. The surface roughness has also improved.
