摘 要:以具有不同硅/铝比HY型分子筛为载体,采用浸渍法制备出一系列的Pt/HY双功能催化剂,并对其在甲基环戊烷(MCP)加氢转化反应中的催化性能进行了研究。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N 2吸附-脱附、吡啶红外及NH 3-程序升温脱附(NH 3-TPD)等手段对所制催化剂的物化性质进行表征,揭示了催化剂中载体酸性及负载金属对其催化性能的影响。结果表明,双功能Pt/HY催化剂中Pt粒子和载体HY酸活性中心协同催化对甲基环戊烷加氢转化产物分布有很大影响,通过载体HY酸活性中心的数量可对产物分布进行调控,同时具有高B/L酸酸量比值的HY为载体更有利于开环产物和扩环产物的生成。相比于Ir和Ru,Pt与酸中心作用更强,表现出对扩环产物的高选择性。A series of Pt/HY bifunctional catalysts were prepared by impregnation method with HY zeolites as supporters with different Si/Al ratios.The catalytic performance of bifunctional catalysts were investigated on methylcyclopentane(MCP)hydrogenation conversion reaction.The physical-chemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),N 2 adsorption-desorption,pyridine infrared and NH 3-temperature programmed desorption(NH 3-TPD),to reveal the effect of acid properties of HY on the catalytic performances.Results indicate that synergistic effects of Pt and acid sites on Pt/HY catalysts take great influence on the product distribution in methylcyclopentane hydrogenation conversion reaction,which is attributed to the tuning of acid sites amount of HY zeolites.And HY zeolite with high B/L value is in favor of the formation of ring opening and ring enlargement products.Compared to Ir and Ru,Pt metal shows higher synergistic catalytic actions with acid sites,thus Pt/HY exhibits high ring enlargement product selectivity.
