摘  要:将水、离子液体按一定比例复配作为吸收剂,以甲苯、丙酮作为挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的典型代表,比较了不同种类离子液体-水复配吸收剂对含甲苯、丙酮混合废气的吸收效果。结果发现,1-十二烷基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([DDMIM][NTf 2])与水形成的O/W型离子液体乳化液对体系的吸收效果较好,由COSMO-SAC计算得到了甲苯和丙酮在[DDMIM][NTf 2]中的无限稀释活度系数,并计算了吸收过程的Gibbs自由能、焓变、熵变和偏摩尔超额焓等热力学数据。实验验证了离子液体-水复配吸收剂吸收芳香类化合物、酮类化合物混合废气的可行性,考察了不同实验条件对吸收效果的影响。结果表明:在甲苯、丙酮进气质量浓度分别为15000 mg/m 3和7500 mg/m 3、进气流量0.024 m 3/h、搅拌速率1600 r/min、吸收温度303.15 K的实验条件下,[DDMIM][NTf 2]质量分数为10%的100 g复配吸收剂对甲苯的初始吸收率为94%,对丙酮的初始吸收率为95%;通过对复配吸收剂进行再生及循环吸收实验,验证了复配吸收剂回收利用的可能性。Ionic liquids and water were mixed as absorbent,and toluene and acetone were selected as typical representatives of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).The effects of different ionic liquid-water absorbents on mixed gas containing toluene and acetone were compared.The results show that the O/W emulsifier formed by 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium bis((trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl)imide([DDMIM][NTf 2])and water has the best absorption properties.Infinite dilution activity coefficients of toluene and acetone in[DDMIM][NTf 2]were calculated by COSMO-SAC.Moreover,the thermodynamic data such as Gibbs energy,partial molar enthalpies,entropies,and partial molar excess enthalpies were also calculated.The feasibility of absorbing aromatic and ketone mixed waste gas by ionic liquid-water compound absorbents was verified by experiments.The results show that under the toluene and acetone intake mass concentrations of 15000 mg/m 3 and 7500 mg/m 3,intake flow of 0.024 m 3/h,stirring rate of 1600 r/min,and the absorption temperature of 303.15 K,in 100 g complex absorption with 10%[DDMIM][NTf 2],the initial absorption rates of toluene and acetone are 94%and 95%,respectively.The recycling feasibility was further verified through the regeneration and the cyclic absorption experiment.
