摘　　要：某工程地下室外墙已于前期施工完成,后由于设计变更需要加开管线出户洞口。为此,通过BIM建模,借助其三 维可视化的特点,对不同方案的做法进行了比选。在分析了开设方洞并增设洞口周边加固梁方案与开设圆洞并采用定 型钢板加固方案的优缺点后,制订了一套优化方案并介绍了其相应的施工操作要点。施工取得了理想的效果,其经验 可为类似工程借鉴。The basement exterior wall of a certain project has been completed in the early stage of construction. After that, due to design changes, it is necessary to open pipeline outlet. For this reason, through BIM modeling and with the help of its three-dimensional visualization characteristics, different schemes are compared and selected. This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages between the scheme of opening square outlet and adding reinforcement beams around the outlet and the scheme of opening circular outlet and using customized steel plate reinforcement, and establishes the optimal scheme and introduces the key construction operation points, of which the construction achieves satisfactory effects and such experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
