摘　　要：结合工程实际,介绍一种新型设备——轨道式吊装转运机的设计及其应用过程。该设备采用传统行车的运作原理,在其两侧布置了2个挂篮,通过横梁与支腿将其支撑于行车地梁上,再利用行车吊钩和轨道进行搬运工作,可解决轨道交通高架段的现浇栏板施工困难等系列问题。实践证明,该设备具有施工快速高效、施工工作面小、操作简单、安全可靠等优势,能带来良好的社会及经济效益,具备一定的推广价值。Combined with the engineering practice,a new kind of equipment,rail-type lifting transfer machine,and its design and application process are introduced.The equipment adopts the operation principle of traditional traveling crane,and two hanging baskets are arranged on both sides of the equipment.It is supported on the ground beams of the traveling crane by crossbeams and supporting legs,and then the hooks and rails of the traveling crane are used for lifting and transferring operation,which can solve a series of problems such as difficulties in construction of cast-in-place railings in the elevated section of rail transit.Practice has proved that the equipment has the advantages of fast and efficient construction,small surface for construction,simple operation,safety and reliability,etc.,which can bring good social and economic benefits,and has certain promotion value.
