摘　　要：某新建城市快速路需跨越既有高架桥及其圆盘式匝道,为解决在狭小空间内施工的难题,利用BIM虚拟建造技术,对复杂环境下的交通组织、地下管线复核与保护、预制构件的吊装等进行了模拟,以直观地预知问题,提前采取应对措施和技术优化,从而提高工程的可建性,节省施工成本,加快施工进度,确保施工质量和安全。A new urban expressway has to cross the existing viaduct and its disc-shaped ramp.In order to solve the problem of narrow space construction,the BIM virtual construction technology is used to simulate the traffic organization,review and protection of underground pipeline and hoisting of precast components in complex environments.From its intuitive prediction of problems,the countermeasures and the technical solution optimization can be taken in advance to improve the constructability of the project,save construction cost,speed up the construction progress and ensure the construction quality and safety.
